Rock Paper Scissors

What is Rock Paper Scissors?

Rock Paper Scissors (also known by other orderings like Paper Scissors Rock) is a simple hand game usually played between two people, in which each player simultaneously forms one of three shapes with an outstretched hand.

The Rules

The rules of Rock Paper Scissors are straightforward. Each shape "beats" one of the other shapes:

Rock

Rock beats Scissors by crushing them.

Paper

Paper beats Rock by covering it.

Scissors

Scissors beats Paper by cutting it.

If both players choose the same shape, the game is a tie and is usually replayed until a winner is determined.
